Stay longer at Yea Springs and pay less for accommodation …. as little as $140 per night!

  • Two nights: $170 p.n.
  • Three nights: $160 p.n.
  • Four nights: $150 p.n.
  • Five or more nights: $140 p.n.

The above prices are based on two people exclusively occupying an entire 2-bedroom residence but sleeping in only one of the two bedrooms. For extra guests add $25 per person (maximum of 4 persons per residence). The minimum stay is two nights. Prices include GST.

(Please note: For peak holiday periods such as the Christmas to New Year week, Easter and long weekends add an extra $10 per night to the base rate. Peak periods may have a different minimum stay to the usual 2 nights. Just enquire – we are always negotiable)

Book Direct and Save – no hidden extra charges

When you book direct with us (instead of going through third party agents like Airbnb or Stayz), you will make substantial savings.

That’s because we don’t charge you any booking or service fees like the 3rd party agents do and there is no commission payable. Also, the reduced nightly cost for longer stays (as detailed above), is ONLY available when you book directly with us, whereas the agents charge the one flat nightly rate regardless of your length of stay.

All told, when you book direct with us you will usually save between $20 – $40 per night, depending on your length of stay, number of persons, etc.

No big price hikes for peak periods

At Yea Springs we don’t charge any extra for weekends and only charge a mild $10 per night extra for the peak holiday periods like Christmas Day to New Years Day, Easter and long weekends.

Unlike many other places we just don’t believe in big price hikes for the more popular times.

Yea Springs offers you much the same rate for accommodation all year round – with substantial discounts for longer stays! And, if you book both residences, we’ll negotiate even further on the above prices.

A low ‘once only’ security bond

For your first stay only, we may (or may not) request a small security deposit of $250, which is fully refunded within 7 days after you leave provided the property is left in accordance with the ‘Conditions of your stay’ page. Repeat customers will not be asked for this.
